This is the result of a survey by Cologne-based market research institute ServiceValue in conjunction with German Wirtschaftswoche magazine. UTA competed against 14 competitors and placed first in the fuel card provider category.
The study is based on the views and opinions of 12,700 German SME decision-makers, users and buyers. In addition to customer satisfaction, the ranking took into account service quality, price-performance ratio and staff competence. With an overall index of 79.5, UTA placed well above the industry average of 74 and was therefore awarded a "top ranking".
