Each year, the market research institute ServiceValue determines the best SME service providers for WirtschaftsWoche. This year, 18,143 managers, purchasers and users were surveyed online about 593 service providers spanning 48 sectors, resulting in 41,068 customer judgements. With an overall score of 79 points, UTA Edenred came out on top, well above the industry average of 71 points.
