UTA customers can access Tesla Superchargers via the UTA eCharge app or Tesla app. Tesla’s charging infrastructure supports electric vehicles from all manufacturers. Charging processes are conveniently managed via UTA eCharge, while resulting costs are itemised on a consolidated UTA invoice.
The addition of the Tesla charging network significantly expands UTA Edenred's public charging offer to more than one million charging points in 28 countries, providing customers with seamless charging infrastructure for journeys throughout Europe.
Pierre Jalady, General Manager Edenred Mobility EMEA and CEO of UTA Edenred, said: "I’m delighted that our electromobility customers can now access Tesla's fast-charging network and benefit from a leading fast-charging offering. With this step, we enhanced the value of UTA eCharge further."
As a 360° charging solution, UTA eCharge supports public charging as well as charging at company premises, depots and drivers’ homes. By using UTA eCharge in conjunction with the UTA eCard charging card or UTA eCharge app, vehicles of all classes - from cars and vans to trucks - can be optimally charged.
The full 360° charging offer is currently available to UTA customers in Germany and will be rolled-out in other European markets in the coming months.
