Your tasks:
- You oversee transaction processing and product pricing configuration to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- You prepare, issue, and manage invoices for timely and accurate billing to clients and stakeholders
- In collaboration with process experts and software solution providers, you identify areas for improvement in transaction, invoicing, and pricing processes
- You conduct checks to verify transaction and pricing accuracy and promptly resolve discrepancies
- By gathering and analyzing data, you generate reports that provide insights and recommendations for improvements
Your profile:
- You have first experience as a Business Analyst or business operator in the area of price, transaction, or invoice management, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Experience in e-invoicing would be an advantage
- A high technical affinity and strong analytical skills are essential for you
- You have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders from different geographies and management levels
- Being proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly, you make complex ideas understandable
