Salesforce Business Analyst (m/w/d)

full-time position to be filled as soon as possible in our division IT in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Craft comprehensive user stories and process flows to drive the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
     
  • Execute configurations across Salesforce modules (Sales, Service, Experience) and leverage AppExchange products to meet evolving business requirements
     
  • Engage in end-to-end product development within an agile environment – from gathering requirements and designing solutions to documenting processes and facilitating market release
     
  • Create and maintain detailed functional documentation, including process diagrams, data flow representations, application configuration, policies, and user support materials
     
  • Assess and analyze the impact of Salesforce rollouts on the broader UTA information system, encompassing flows between Salesforce and dependent systems, API Management, and data migration
     
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to architect solutions that align with business needs and fulfill user stories effectively

 

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in computer science or equivalent field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technology and its application
     
  • Expected certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Business Analyst; additional specializations are a plus
     
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, with several years of hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing Salesforce solutions
     
  • Proven track record as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 4 years of experience, showcasing a deep understanding of technology's role in business processes
     
  • Understanding of information system implications during the deployment of CRM capabilities
     
  • Proficiency in navigating technical environments, including Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, DevOps, and MuleSoft for API Management
     
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills in English, coupled with a strong technology-oriented aptitude and excellent interpersonal abilities
     
  • Inherent team player, consistently fostering collaboration and taking ownership of responsibilities with a strong sense of accountability
