Your Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary technology leadership and orchestrate solution delivery to transform business processes within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Establish implementation standards grounded in industry best practices, leveraging a range of tools and cross-industry standards
- Contribute comprehensively to end-to-end product development, spanning requirement analysis, design, documentation, and market release
- Continuously monitor progress, conduct meticulous code reviews, assess pre-build and deployment operations, and recommend enhancements
- Maintain a repository of meticulous technical documentation, encompassing process diagrams, architectural data structures, guidelines, and application configurations
- Strategically plan, direct, and oversee assignments and tasks through Jira, ensuring effective management of Salesforce support and development
- Validate and champion the application of programming and design techniques within Salesforce, utilizing agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Flosum, and SFDX
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in computer science or equivalent field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technology and its application
- Demonstrated expertise with several years of hands-on Salesforce experience, showcasing an advanced comprehension of the Salesforce product suite
- Extensive knowledge of development concepts encompassing CI/CD, Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, and developer tools like Visual Studio Code, Workbench, Ant Migration Tool, etc.
- Proven track record in developing and supporting intricate integration architectures, object- and domain-oriented design, and agile development methodologies techniques
- Mastery in program design, coding, testing, and comprehensive documentation
- Certification as a Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder and Platform Developer; additional specializations are advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively and drive solution-oriented interactions
- Strong sense of responsibility, coupled with a distinct communication style, and an innate ability to foster excellent teamwork while embracing diverse cultures and perspectives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in the English language, reflecting your ability to convey complex ideas with clarity
