How can I freeze or block a card?
Fleet managers can go to the ‘Cards’ section in the sidebar of the myUTA portal, select the relevant card, then choose to freeze or block it.
You can quickly and easily freeze or block your card in the myUTA portal:
1. Go to the ‘Cards’ section in the left-hand menu.
2. Select the card you want to manage.
3. Choose ‘Freeze’ or ‘Block’, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Blocking your card is permanent and cannot be undone.
Cards can be frozen/unfrozen at any time.
When you block or freeze a card, it will stop access to Fuel and EV Road charging only; it does not affect Work or Home charging.
