How can I configure limits on a fuel card?

Log into the myUTAportal.

Navigate to Cards in the left-side main navigation. 

Select the desired card from the Card Overview list. 

On the Card Details Page, click on Edit limits to configure the following limits: 

Transactions and spend limits

Set the Monthly Spend Limit. 

Set the Daily Spend Limit. 

Set the Single Transaction Limit. 

Set the Max Transactions/Day.

Days and times

Set the applicable days and times for card usage (e.g., weekdays only). 

Save your changes to ensure the restrictions are enforced immediately. 

Products

Choose the product types you want to authorise (e.g., Diesel, Petrol 95). 

Save your changes for the restrictions to take effect immediately.

Countries

Choose the countries in which the card can be used. 

Save your changes to apply the restrictions immediately.
