How do I order a card for my electric car?
Fleet managers can order UTA eCharge cards in the the myUTA portal. The process is just like ordering a regular card, but with one difference: you can activate the UTA eCharge feature during the ordering process.

Log in to the myUTA portal using your email adress and password.

Go to the ‘Cards’ section in the left-hand menu.

Click ‘Order new card’.

Choose your card type and enter the required details.

Toggle the UTA eCharge switch to activate the feature.

Add the card to your basket and complete the order.

Your UTA eCard will arrive within 2–3 working days.

UTA eCharge cannot be added to existing cards – a new card must be ordered.

If a driver card is ordered, the fleet manager must enter the driver's email address.

You can activate or deactivate eCharge at any time. The price is pro-rated based on usage.
