How can I reset my password ?

Fleet managers can reset individual passwords in the the myUTA portal by selecting 'Configuration' in the sidebar, choosing 'Password Reset', then follow the instructions sent to their email address. Drivers can reset their passwords by clicking "Forgot password" on the login page and following the instructions sent to their email address.

Instructions for fleet managers:

  1. Go to the "Configuration" tab

  2. Click 'Forgot password?'.

  3. Enter the email associated with your account.

  4. Check your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.

 

Instructions for drivers:

  1. Go to the login page

  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. Enter your registered email address.

  4. Check your inbox for the reset link.

  5. Follow the link to create a new password.
