How do I configure spend controls for a single card?

Set spend controls on the card details page. The card then uses its own restriction profile.

  1. Log into the myUTA portal and navigate to the customer's subscription list.

  2. Select the card you want to configure and open its Card Details.

  3. Go to the Spend Control section and click + New Retail.

  4. Search for merchants or stores by name, code, region or address.

  5. Select the desired merchant groups or individual stores.

  6. Choose one rule mode only: Allow (only selected merchants/stores are authorised) or Block (selected merchants/stores are restricted).

  7. Optionally, refine a merchant group by selecting or deselecting individual stores within it.

  8. Save the configuration - this creates a subscription-level profile that overrides any customer-level rules.
