How do I connect to myUTA portal with the new multi-factor authentication (MFA)?

To enhance account security, multi-factor authentication (MFA) was added to the myUTA portal on 21 May 2025. Simply log in and follow the on-screen steps to complete the secure login process.

  1. Enter your email address and password as usual into myUTA portal 

  2. Check your email for a one-time code and enter it to continue 

  3. Trust your browser for faster access for 90 days. 

  • Keep in mind that if you delete cookies, use a private browsing window or access our service from a new browser for the first time, you will be asked to complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) again for your security.

  • Check your spam folder for the reset email.
