To enhance account security, multi-factor authentication (MFA) was added to the myUTA portal on 21 May 2025. Simply log in and follow the on-screen steps to complete the secure login process.

Enter your email address and password as usual into myUTA portal

Check your email for a one-time code and enter it to continue

Trust your browser for faster access for 90 days.

Keep in mind that if you delete cookies, use a private browsing window or access our service from a new browser for the first time, you will be asked to complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) again for your security.
