How do I contact UTA Edenred customer service and emergency service by phone?

You can reach UTA Edenred via phone during regular business hours and in emergencies outside of business hours.

Customer service (general questions, card & account support) 

For questions about your contract, invoices, cards or services, contact the UTA Edenred customer service number for your country (provided in your contract or on your local UTA website).

24/7 hotline for card issues and emergencies 

If your card is declined at a service station or you need urgent help outside regular business hours, you can call our 24/7 service hotline:

This hotline is available: 

  • Monday to Friday
  • Regular customer service: 08:00–17:00 
  • Extended support (card declined, selected services): 17:00–08:00 (next day) 
  • Weekends and public holidays
  • 24/7 support for urgent card issues (e.g. card declined) 

The service is free of charge on the international freephone number. 

What services are available on the 24/7 hotline? 

Outside regular business hours, and for eligible UTA Service Cards, our service team can: 

  • Help if a transaction was declined 
  • Block cards in case of loss, theft or suspected misuse 
  • In defined cases: 
  • Adjust selected card limits 
  • Reset PIN attempts 
  • Increase credit limit (for a specific transaction amount, if a payment was declined) 

For security reasons: 

  • You’ll receive a 4‑digit telephone PIN per customer number 
  • You may be asked to provide this PIN when you call so we can process your request (not required for simple card blocking)
