24/7 hotline for card issues and emergencies
If your card is declined at a service station or you need urgent help outside regular business hours, you can call our 24/7 service hotline:

This hotline is available:
- Monday to Friday
- Regular customer service: 08:00–17:00
- Extended support (card declined, selected services): 17:00–08:00 (next day)

The service is free of charge on the international freephone number.
What services are available on the 24/7 hotline?
Outside regular business hours, and for eligible UTA Service Cards, our service team can:
- Help if a transaction was declined
- Block cards in case of loss, theft or suspected misuse
- In defined cases:
- Adjust selected card limits
- Reset PIN attempts
- Increase credit limit (for a specific transaction amount, if a payment was declined)
For security reasons:
- You’ll receive a 4‑digit telephone PIN per customer number
- You may be asked to provide this PIN when you call so we can process your request (not required for simple card blocking)
