How do I create a new card subscription with UTA CardLock enabled?

Enable UTA CardLock when creating a card subscription. It stays pending until the driver activates it or the fleet manager confirms activation.

 

  1. Start an order for a new card in the myUTA portal.
  2. Enter the card details, such as card type and driver details.
  3. Turn on UTA CardLock during card setup.
  4. Complete the card order. UTA CardLock status is initially “Pending”.
  5. The fleet manager can select “Confirm activation” to activate UTA CardLock immediately. Otherwise, it stays pending until the assigned driver first logs in to the UTA Edenred Drive app.
  6. Drivers must log in to the app to unlock cards themselves.
