How can I define a card's shipping address?

You can define or update the default shipping address for all cards at account level in the myUTA portal. Once set, the address will be pre-filled for new card orders but can be overridden for individual orders if required.

  1. Open the merged app and go to 'Configuration', then the ' Subscription & Plan' you want to update.

  2. Navigate to Shipping settings / Default shipping address.

  3. Click Edit (or Add) and fill in the required fields: Name, Street, House Number, City, Postcode, Country (use the Google-powered suggestions to validate the address).

  4. (If you have access) Adjust shipment settings such as grouping (single/multiple/box) and shipment method (standard/express) as needed.

  5. Save your changes – the new default shipping address and settings will now be applied automatically to subsequent card orders, with the option to override them per order.
