How do I unlock a card protected by UTA CardLock?

A locked card can be unlocked by a fleet manager or driver for 60 minutes.

  1. As a Driver: Open theUTA Edenred Drive app, navigate to your card, and tap the unlock toggle. The card will be usable for fuel transactions for the next 60 minutes.
  2. As a Fleet Manager: Log into the myUTA portal, open the customer's subscription, select the card, and click the unlock toggle.
