How do I renew my card?
If you, as a fleet manager, or one of your drivers has a card that’s expiring next month, you’ll see a notification when you log into the myUTA portal that lets you choose which cards you’d like to renew, and which you don’t.
We’ve made renewing your card quick and easy. Here’s what to do:
1. Log in to the myUTA portal using your email and password.
2. On the Home screen or in the ‘Cards’ section, click ‘View card renewal’.
3. Choose which card(s) you want to renew, then click ‘Submit’.
4. Your selected cards will be renewed on the date shown on your screen.
You have a one-month window to renew cards that are set to expire in five months. For example, cardholders will be prompted to renew in May for cards expiring in October. Renewed cards will be issued on the 15th of the following month.
During this process, there will be a period when you have two active cards.
Any changes made during the period before the renewal date will be taken into account.
If no action is taken, cards will be renewed automatically.
