How does the expiration date work when I set a default expiration month?

The expiration date is determined by the Expiration Month you select, combined with an automatically assigned Expiration Day. Here's how it works:

  1. Go to Configuration > Default Settings in the myUTA portal.
  2. Open the Expiration Month dropdown and choose a specific month (e.g., December) or select "Card creation month" to use the month the card was created.

  3. The Expiration Day is automatically set to the last day of the selected month (e.g., 31th for December, 30th for June).

  4. Note that February is always set to the 28th, regardless of leap years.

  5. Click "Save Settings" to confirm your selection.
