How do I give permission to a driver to unlock their card when UTA CardLock is activated?
Fleet managers can add a list of authorised drivers in the myUTA portal so they can unlock their card themselves using the UTA Edenred Drive app

Log into the myUTA portal

Go to Cards.

Select the card you want to unlock.

In the Card features, click on the accordion to see lock details.

Select Edit UTA CardLock

Select 'Both fleet managers and drivers can unlock the card'. You can then select driver(s) or add new driver(s).

An email is sent to the driver(s) with login credentials for the Edenred Driver app.

Once the driver(s) is correctly logged in the Edenred Driver app, the status is 'Active' and the card can be unblocked from the app.
Only authorised users, such as fleet managers and assigned drivers, can unlock the card.
