How to access my PIN code?

As a Driver, you can open the UTA Edenred Drive App to consult your PIN code. As a Fleet Manager, you can view all of your driver’s PIN code in myUTA portal. 

Instructions for drivers: 

  1. Open the UTA Edenred Drive app on your phone

  2. Tap on “Card” located in the bottom left corner.

  3. Select “Show PIN” in the top right corner.

  4. Enter your 4-digit app security code or use biometric authentification (face or touch ID).

  5. PIN is displayed and disappears after 10 seconds.

PIN code for your card is not to be confused with the 4-digit security code used in the app.

Instructions for fleet managers:

  1. Log in to the myUTA portal.

  2. Go to Cards > Card Management.

  3. Select the relevant card.

  4. Click “Reveal PIN” (visible only to admin users).

  5. Enter the password.

  6. Enter the OTP received by email.

  7. View PIN displayed securely on screen.
