How can I unlock a card when UTA CardLock is activated?
Fleet managers can unlock drivers' cards at any time via the myUTA portal. Drivers can unlock their cards via the UTA Edenred Drive app.
Instructions for drivers:
Your fleet manager will give you permission to unlock your card.

You’ll receive an email with your credentials to set your account and login for the Edenred Driver app.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll have access to your card(s).

Click on your card to unlock it for 60 minutes.

Slide to unlock.

The card is now unlocked, you can consult the remaining time before it’s locked again.
Only authorised users can unlock the card.
When a card is unlocked, all assigned drivers can see who unlocked it and how much time remains before it locks again.
Only one unlock session is allowed at a time. If a card is already unlocked, others will see a timer and who performed the unlock.
If your card is blocked or expired, please contact your fleet manager.
Instructions for fleet managers:

Log into the myUTA portal.

Go to Cards tab.

Select the card you want to unlock

In Card features, click on the UTA CardLock toggle to unlock the card

Open the accordion to see lock details.

If drivers don’t have permission to unlock the card themselves, they will have to present the physical card at a terminal to settle the transaction.
Only authorised users such as fleet managers and assigned drivers can unlock the card.
