When will I receive the activation email?

You'll receive an activation email on the day of the migration.

  1. Look out for an email from UTA Edenred.
    Subject EN: Action required: Activate your myUTA account
    Subject DE: Aktion erforderlich: Aktivieren Sie Ihren neuen myUTA-Zugang
     
  2. Check your spam/junk folders if you don’t see it after two weeks.
     
  3. Use the link within the email to activate your access.

    Only activation via the link provided will enable access to the myUTA portal.
