Can I mix allow and block rules in the same spend control profile?

No. A spend control profile supports only one mode: Allow or Block. To switch modes, clear the existing profile and create a new one.

  1. Open the spend control profile you want to modify (at customer or subscription level).
  2. Remove the existing configuration by clearing all selected merchants/stores.
  3. Create a new profile by clicking + New Retail.
  4. Select your merchants or stores and choose the new rule mode (Allow or Block).

  5. Save the updated profile.
