Does the contracted services default apply to existing cards?

No. The defaulting logic only applies at the moment a new card is created. Existing cards remain unchanged.

  1. The automatic enabling of UTA eCharge and Fuel happens only during card creation.

  2. Cards that were  issued before this feature are not retroactively updated - their service configuration stays as-is.

  3. If you need to change contracted services on an existing card, use the standard card update process in the myUTA portal. No additional defaults are applied automatically during updates.

  4. To manage services on an existing card, navigate to the card's detail page and adjust the contracted services manually.
