UTA Edenred recognised for industry excellence with two new award wins

Kleinostheim, Germany – UTA Edenred, a leading mobility service provider in Europe and an Edenred company, has won two new performance-related awards. In the area of customer satisfaction and service quality, UTA Edenred once again beat 14 competitors in the fuel card provider category to win 2022 Best Service Provider for SMEs; the company won the same award in 2021. In addition, UTA Edenred received the prestigious German B2B Award 2022 in three categories: customer satisfaction, customer service and price-performance ratio.

The Best Service Providers for SMEs rankings are determined annually by the Cologne-based market research institute ServiceValue on behalf of WirtschaftsWoche magazine. The study is based on surveys conducted among more than 12,800 decision-makers, buyers and users who are asked, among other things, about customer satisfaction, service quality, price-performance ratio and supplier competence. In the survey, UTA Edenred significantly exceeded the industry average of 72.8 with an overall index of 79.6 and was therefore once again "top placed".

"German B2B Award" for several categories
The second award, the German B2B Award 2022, is presented by the independent research institute Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verbraucherstudien (DtGV), which collected more than 100,000 opinions from decision-makers in nearly 1,400 companies spanning multiple sectors. UTA Edenred was named industry champion in the customer satisfaction, customer service and price-performance ratio categories.
