Top rankings for our service offerings


With our comprehensive service offerings across Europe, cashless services on the road for transport and bus companies as well as for passenger cars, we are always striving for the greatest possible customer satisfaction. Therefore, we have high quality requirements for our external partners as well as our own services.

It is therefore all the more gratifying to see the top rankings that UTA Edenred regularly achieves in important rankings, which confirm our high commitment to customer orientation. Here, we would like to present some of our distinctions, which we have been honored to receive over the past few years. Of course, we do not stop there. UTA Edenred continues to ensure optimal service - Europe-wide and for every need.


UTA Edenred once again named price/performance winner among fuel card providers​​​​​​​

At the German B2B Awards 2023, a key measure of industry-wide customer satisfaction, customer service and value for money, UTA Edenred was ranked number one for price/performance among fuel card providers. The awards are based on the results of a survey conducted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verbraucherstudien mbH of over 1,300 companies spanning 100 industries.

UTA Edenred also achieved top rankings in customer satisfaction and customer service.


Place 1 in the fuel cards category

The magazine "VerkehrsRundschau" has awarded the "Image Award 2019" in the areas of Fleet/IT as well as in Storage/Handling. In this context, about 400 fleet administrators from transport and shipping companies as well as from industry and trade selected UTA as the best brand in the category "fuel cards". We are proud of this distinction and thank you, dear customers, for your trust. And we promise you: We will continue to offer you excellent service in the future.


UTA wins the Image Award

UTA has won the renowned Image Award from the trade magazine VerkehrsRundschau in the fuel cards category (fleets of up to ten vehicles). UTA also made it among the top brands in the ranking of larger fleets. The Mercedes ServiceCard, which is managed with cooperation of UTA, secured itself the top spot for fleets with eleven or more vehicles.


Entry of the UTA into the official directory of pre-qualified companies (AVPQ)

In the pre-qualification database for the delivery and service area, you will find companies which have proven their suitability for public orders to chambers of industry and commerce or to the advisory agencies used by them. An entry into the official directory creates a substantially greater legal security than the production of individual verifications for UTA as well as for the contracting authority. That way, contracting authorities can also be sure that the review has been done in a proper manner and that good services do not need to be excluded because of missing individual verifications.


Distinguished for the tenth time in a row as one of the most customer- and service-focused service providers in Germany.

This year, UTA was able to make an impression again in the industry-wide competition Top Service Deutschland and was designated by the advising company ServiceRating, the Mannheimer Institut für Marktorientierte Unternehmensführung (IMU), the polling institute YouGov, and the Handelsblatt as one of the most customer- and service-focused service providers in Germany for the tenth time in a row. This year, the fuel and service card provider also convinced with its focus on service and earned the rank number 10, which makes it part of the top prize winners.


TOP SERVICE 2015 - UTA distinguished again

With UTA, the customer is always the focus of the service offerings for the Europe-wide, cashless services on the road for transport and bus companies. This is why UTA is one of the most customer-focused service providers in Germany for the ninth time in a row this year. This result came from the Universität St. Gallen, the rating agency ServiceRating, and the Handelsblatt.
