UNION TANK Eckstein GmbH & Co. KG (UTA Edenred) ​​​​​​ is a leading European mobility service provider. With UTA Edenred acceptance media, commercial fleet operators of all sizes can access more than 82,600 acceptance points in 40 countries across Europe. Benefits include cash-free access to conventional and alternative fuels independent of brand; a rapidly growing charging network for electric and hybrid vehicles; electronic toll settlement in 27 countries; vehicle services such as breakdown, towing, repair and cleaning; and VAT and fuel tax refunds through UTA Edenred’s service provider partner. 

In addition, UTA Edenred’s 90,000 customers can access state-of-the-art software for fuel planning, fleet management and telematics as well as a digital fuel card for fast, convenient settlement of refuelling transactions via smartphone - all via the company's digital platform.

In 2023 - for the third year running - UTA Edenred was voted "Best fuel card service provider for SMEs" by WirtschaftsWoche magazine/ServiceValue. It also received the German B2B Award from the German Society for Consumer Studies. 

Founded in 1963 by Heinrich Eckstein, UTA Edenred is now part of Edenred SE. In 2023, Edenred generated business volume of 41 billion euros, mainly through digital solutions. Edenred's services create a unique network for 60 million users, including corporate customers and public institutions, and 2 million partner merchants.
