The MAN DigitalServices portfolio is being expanded to include the MAN SimplePay service, which provides fleet operators with transparency about the operating costs of their fleets. This is made possible by linking fuel and charging cards digitally with MAN SimplePay and prioritising them for each vehicle. In the user-friendly RIO platform dashboard, the costs of daily operations such as refuelling, parking and vehicle washes will converge in the future and be displayed on a vehicle-specific basis - even for vehicles from other manufacturers.
Through collaboration with UTA Edenred as a fuel card partner, fleet managers can integrate their UTA fuel cards into the digital service. The MAN SimplePay dashboard thus provides a comprehensive overview of all fuel card transactions for the respective vehicle. Benefits for users include simplified cost control, reduced effort and easier recognition of potential savings.
MAN SimplePay and UTA Edenred turn the truck into a rolling fuel card
UTA Edenred digital fuel card functionality will be integrated into MAN SimplePay by the end of the year. Drivers will then be able to process their fuel transactions digitally via the MAN Driver App or within a MAN truck via a suitable MAN media system. Contactless processing saves time as there is no need to go to the cashier and further improves security and fraud prevention.

Convenient processing in the digital UTA acceptance network
MAN SimplePay functionality will initially be available at approximately 3,500 petrol stations of various brands in Germany, Austria, Italy and Belgium that are connected to UTA Edenred's digital acceptance network. Further stations and countries will be added in the coming months.
Additional vehicle services and cost coverage guarantee in the event of a breakdown
MAN SimplePay not only makes life easier for truckers by processing fuel transactions from the driver's cab. The integrated UTA card also makes it possible to book parking spaces and vehicle and tank cleaning services in the network of UTA Edenred partner TRAVIS Road Services.
Practical in the event of a breakdown: MAN SimplePay will allow quick and easy confirmation of cost coverage for repair and workshop services.

MAN SimplePay users who use UTA cards benefit from convenient access to UTA Edenred mobility services. UTA Edenred's acceptance network is comprised of more than 85,000 acceptance points in 40 countries. Customers can use UTA cards to purchase conventional and alternative fuels and settle tolls in 27 countries. With UTA eCharge®, UTA Edenred offers a 360° charging solution, with access to 750,000 public charging points across Europe as well as home and workplace charging capabilities. UTA Plus Services bundles additional services ranging from cleaning, maintenance and breakdown to parking.
