Kleinostheim, Germany – UTA Edenred, a leading European mobility service provider and an Edenred company, has announced a partnership with ServiCon Service & Consult eG beginning 1 March 2022. A sister organization to the political association DER MITTELSTANDSVERBUND, ServiCon will provide 310 purchasing group and association affiliates and their approximately 230,000 small and medium-sized company (SMEs) members with access to UTA Edenred’s complete mobility portfolio and special conditions.
"SMEs today are faced with the question of how to set up, manage and optimise the mobility of their fleets," says Carsten Bettermann, CEO of UTA Edenred. "With UTA Edenred as their partner, ServiCon affiliate members will benefit from our 360-degree mobility offering, longstanding expertise in the fuel and service card business, and deep understanding of SME requirements. We’ll meet their day-to-day needs with an 'SME fuel card'.”
The UTA card, which can be optionally co-branded by ServiCon affiliates, gives ServiCon affiliate members access to over 70,000 acceptance points in 40 European countries. There, they can refuel without cash and access a wide range of services. UTA’s network includes both premium and discount brands through which UTA card holders can refuel at favourable prices and benefit from attractive conditions. In addition, they can take advantage of UTA Edenred services ranging from electronic toll settlement to e-charging.
"UTA Edenred's product and service portfolio is ideally positioned for the day-to-day mobility requirements of SMEs," says Dr. Marc Zgaga, CEO of ServiCon. "With UTA Edenred tools and resources, SMEs can get everything they need from a single source, simplifying their day-to-day operations."
Ernst Panse, Head of Member Service at ServiCon, underscores the advantages of the partnership: "ServiCon affiliates can now not only offer their members comprehensive mobility services, but also simplified accounting through integrated UTA Edenred invoices and reports. That’s a huge advantage, particularly for smaller companies without an administrative apparatus, as it allows them to concentrate on their core business."
