Your tasks:
- You gather user insights through research and testing, refining designs based on feedback
- Wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications are part of what you craft with attention to detail
- In cross-functional teams, you help define product requirements and specifications
- You advocate for user-centered design principles and present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- By maintaining design systems, you ensure consistency and stay current with trends
Your profile:
- You have several years of experience in product design, including managing a complex product portfolio in a fast-paced, innovative company (start-up, scale-up, or tech-driven environment)
- Experience in the EV charging sector is a strong plus
- You’re comfortable with agile product management frameworks, user research methods, and prioritization techniques, and you’re skilled in tools like Atlassian Suite, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
- You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and bring leadership with a solution-focused mindset
- You're fluent in English, comfortable in German, and bonus points for any other European languages
