New benchmark for transparency and control in toll management
HUB4Trucks marks a significant milestone for UTA Edenred’s digital transformation in the toll sector. The portal, which can be easily accessed via a web browser, provides customers with a centralised solution for managing and controlling their toll devices from any location.
Through the dashboard, fleet managers can see real-time data from their UTA One® next OBUs, including toll status, axle and weight configurations, anomalies and other critical travel information – enabling them to respond quickly and effectively to potential risks and resolve issues.
Through the portal’s “Notification HUB”, they can receive email updates on OBU-related events such as changes in axle and weight configurations, vehicles entering new toll zones, power interruptions and low batteries. This lets them react immediately to potential problems, thereby minimising disruption and ensuring smooth toll transactions for their fleet vehicles.
An industry first: Digital adjustment of axle and weight configuration
A key HUB4Trucks innovation is the ability to edit axle and weight details remotely – a feature not currently offered by European toll market competitors. This feature improves operational flexibility as it helps fleet managers ensure that their fleet vehicles are always correctly configured for toll billing.
