Vehicles weighing over 3.5 tonnes are subject to tolls and must be equipped with a toll device when traveling through Slovakia. A SkyToll on-board unit (OBU) can be used for this purpose.

    Postpay procedure: Order a SkyToll OBU from UTA Edenred. Then choose whether you want the device sent to you or pick it up at a contact or distribution point. Toll charges are conveniently itemised on your consolidated UTA Edenred invoice.

    Prepay process: You can load variable credit balance amounts on your SkyToll OBU. The prepay version is available without prior order directly at a contact or distribution centre by presenting the vehicle registration document. Simply present your UTA Card to settle as well as to load a credit.

    Return: A SkyToll OBU must be returned within six months if left unused. Otherwise, a fee will be charged.
