Your tasks:
- Foster collaboration by organizing onboarding, training and surveys, while maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders to improve program efficiency and expand contributions
- Drive convergence by leading the Summit Business Analyst & Architect community and supporting transformation projects
- Facilitate alignment with business units, support migration plans, and track progress through documentation
- Prepare the organization by facilitating communication and collaboration to support the transition to the new platform and way of working
- Track progress through KPIs, manage project tools, and support budget definition and tracking
Your profile:
- You hold a Master’s degree in a related discipline
- You bring extensive work experience with a strong track record of success in relevant fields
- With your strong communication skills, you can present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- You build strong interpersonal relationships across teams and functions
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or any other European languages is a plus
