Your tasks:
- You will lead the Acquiring & Authorization Team, managing both onshore and nearshore teams
- You will be the first point of contact for the Business
- You will drive the Business Strategy, goals, and needs of the company
- You will be responsible for managing service providers in the area of authorization
- You will oversee the development of new digital acceptance media
Your profile:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Technology, or a related business field
- You bring several years of experience in managing multi-team setups within international organizations
- You are familiar with payment technologies such as EMV Chip, mobile payment, and digital payment solutions
- You possess strong analytical and execution skills and are capable of balancing daily operations with mid-term changes like rationalization and migrations
- You are fluent in English, and German proficiency is a strong plus
