Lead Product Designer (all genders)

Manage a small team of Product Designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, fostering career growth, and developing both hard and soft skills
Build and inspire a high-performing, collaborative, and creative design team, championing accountability and a user-centered design culture across all tribes
Drive end-to-end design initiatives - from discovery and research to delivery - using insights from usability testing and data analysis to guide strategic decisions
Evolve and scale the design system as a global standard for digital products, ensuring consistency, innovation, and alignment with emerging trends and technologies
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and product leaders to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps, while ensuring design excellence throughout execution

Multiple years of experience and proven track record in product design people management, delivering design excellence in complex, fast-paced environments
Expertise in modern design tools (Figma, Miro), user research, usability testing, and evolving design systems
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, prioritization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira and Confluence; knowledge of front-end technologies and mobility/EV solutions is a plus
Proactive, hands-on leader, able to influence stake-holders, drive collaboration, and advocate for users
Fluency in English and German (French or Italian is a plus), excellent communication and storytelling skills
