Product Manager (all genders) - Fleet Management

full-time position in our Product Management Division in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Drive the Fleet Manager product vision and strategy for Edenred’s European Fleet Manager online platform, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Design and manage the Tribe’s product roadmap, owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Customer Excellence, Sales) to deliver high-quality product solutions at minimal development cost
  • Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and ensure products meet customer needs effectively
  • Monitor performance through data analysis and user feedback, communicate milestones companywide, and foster strong cross-European product collaboration

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology with proven experience in product management within innovative, tech-driven environments
  • Strong proficiency in agile product management frameworks, product strategy development, user research methodologies, prioritization frameworks, and key product tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage products across the full lifecycle, with strategic thinking, product discovery, and design expertise
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders across hierarchies, combined with a positive mindset, leadership, and hands-on mentality
  • Data-driven approach to measuring product impact, readiness for transformation, agile working style
  • Fluent in English, with German or another European language considered a strong advantage
