Sales Excellence & Enablement Manager (all genders) - Focus Salesforce

full-time position in our Division Sales Excellence in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce as a revenue-driving platform by optimizing CRM usage, processes, and data quality across Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, and Management teams, with future scalability across Europe
  • Drive the continuous optimization of our sales methodology and sales playbook, enabling effective GTM execution through improved lead management, pipeline discipline, and end-to-end funnel visibility
  • Strengthen sales excellence by opportunity management, pipeline visibility, and supporting the standardization of commercial processes
  • Design and deliver role-based enablement, onboarding, and training programs, including workshops and coaching sessions, and measure adoption and behavioral impact
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and CRM analytics to increase transparency on performance, pipeline health, KPIs, and commercial decision-making
  • Ensure strong CRM governance by improving data quality, reporting standards, lead and opportunity processes, and driving consistency across teams and markets
  • Identify and implement continuous optimization opportunities within Salesforce to maximize commercial impact and system efficiency

Your profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in Salesforce, CRM, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Commercial Excellence roles
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise, especially in lead management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, reporting, and CRM governance
  • Experience in marketing, sales enablement, or demand generation environments with a strong understanding of end-to-end funnel and lead-to-revenue processes
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training, workshops, and enablement programs that drive adoption, capability building, and measurable impact
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data, dashboards, and reporting into actionable commercial insights and process improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally across teams, management stakeholders and countries in a business-partnering role
  • Fluent English and German language skills, enabling effective collaboration with both international and local stakeholders
