Product Manager (all genders) Toll Tribe

full-time position in our Division Digital Factory in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Execute Edenred Mobility’s product strategy and contribute to the product vision of our European Fleet Management platform
  • Own and manage the product roadmap by translating business goals, customer needs, and market insights into clear priorities and impactful product initiatives
  • Drive product discovery and solution design by defining requirements, user journeys, and feature concepts in close collaboration with Engineering, UX, and Product Owners
  • Support the delivery process end-to-end, ensuring high-quality execution, alignment across stakeholders, and continuous optimization based on data and user feedback
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Customer Excellence to align priorities and deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and operational insights to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making

Your profile:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role in a digital product environment, along with a relevant university degree
  • Experience working with complex B2B products, platforms, enterprise software, or customer-facing digital solutions; mobility or tolling industry experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of agile product management, product discovery, user research, and product lifecycle management
  • Comfortable working closely with technical teams and able to understand APIs, integrations, backend system behavior, and technical documentation
  • Hands-on and data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics, customer feedback, and AI-supported tools to drive decisions and measure impact
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Passion for creating intuitive user experiences and delivering high-quality digital products
  • Availability for quarterly international travel for PI Planning workshops
  • Fluent in English; German or additional European languages are a plus
